Stay away from John Richards.He's a crook. Hired him August of 2016 to build me a garage for $28, 000. Took half my money upfront of $14, 000, weeks passed before work started, then work stopped, he wanted more money to pay his helpers. I gave in with another $5, 000, then work stopped. He is a liar and thief, Don't Trust Him. I ended up hiring someone to finish my garage after 12 weeks went by and it ended up costing $7, 300. 00 more than quoted because of Mr. John Richards the Crook.

I learned of John Richards, on Advisor .com. I wanted a garage built after debating for a couple years. He lied, wasted time, could not get a building permit months later, then he quit and told me he would give me my money back. Never did .This guy is a predator, a thief, a bully . STAY AWAY Me, I have to sell my house to recoup losses :(
