SIC (US 1987) : For almost 20 years I've photographed weddings throughout Maine. Historic Inns that dot the coast, on the rocks of Acadia, private islands & family homes. Weddings are very unique situations wherever they take place. They are one of those rare moments where I, as a photographer, get to document an amazing personal story as it unfolds in front of me. I feel it's an honor just to "be" at such an event, let alone be in charge of documenting this sacred piece of personal history. With each wedding I do my best fulfill the trust put in me & preserve the day not just as a series of events, but as an historic moment in the story of each couples life.
